Refunds are payable after the return of an item is confirmed to be faulty.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If you are unsatisfied with a product please contact us via email with the invoice number, item details and your contact details at firstname.lastname@example.org
All damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Products that are covered by refunds are:
a) Unopened and unused items
b) Items that can be proven to be damaged during shipping and transport by way of well-documented photographs that include packaging, damage to the item, pick up receipt, date and location.
c) Accessories such as lamps, torches, sights that have (a) manufacturer fault (b) are unused and show no signs of wear (c) has original packaging.
Products that are not covered by refunds are:
a) Airsoft internal and external components that are opened and/or used are not refundable or returnable.
b) No refunds can be issued on products that have been custom-built. I can help service and fix any issues affected by a failure in fitment, if it is proven not to be a component failure due to use.
c) No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
